Shipping Policy

Larger Orders Requiring LTL Shipping

Over-sized, heavy, or bulk orders may require less than truckload shipping and additional time in transit due to scheduling. If a delivery incurs any additional shipping fees, the customer will be contacted before shipment of product(s). This includes orders requiring an appointment, pallet jack, liftgate, or inside delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform of their special requirements. Please call our office for special delivery requirements. Customers will be responsible for any costs for missed appointments, deliveries sent away, or re-deliveries. Fees are as listed below:

Commercial Appointment: $0
Commercial Liftgate: $51
Residential Appointment: $51
Residential Liftgate: $102
Inside Delivery: $140
Re-Deliveries: $140

Delivery Surcharges

Some orders may require an additional surcharge due to an order going to an address outside of the normal delivery area, an order going to a residence, or location with limited access. There may also be a fee for a "Ship To" address that needs to be corrected, as reported by the shipping provider. The customer will be contacted before shipment of the product(s) by our Customer Service to collect the appropriate fees, if not already collected when the order was placed.

Backorders or Discontinued Products

Every attempt is made to make sure all items are in stock. Occasionally, an item will go on backorder and may be delayed and/or discontinued without our prior knowledge. We will contact the customer in either event and let them know the appropriate date of shipment, credit back their account, or substitute for a similar product to fulfill the order.
