This Privacy Policy explains how PaperRolls-N-More ("PaperRolls-N-More," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by VBS CAL LLC, collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit paperrolls-n-more.com (the "Site"), place an order, or otherwise interact with us. Serving businesses since 1989, we are committed to handling your information responsibly. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
- Contact and account details — name, company name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, and phone number.
- Order information — the products you purchase, order history, and related details.
- Payment information — payment card or other payment details, which are processed by our third-party payment processor(s). We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
- Communications — information you provide when you contact us by phone, email, contact form, or live chat, or when you submit a return, delivery, or credit request.
Information we collect automatically
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, and dates/times of access.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 3 below.
Information we receive from third parties
- Analytics and advertising partners (such as Google, Microsoft, and LinkedIn) that help us measure and improve our marketing.
- Payment processors and fraud-prevention services that verify transactions.
- Shipping carriers that provide delivery status.
- Visitor-identification partners of our email provider, which may give us the email address or other contact details linked to a browser or device that visits the Site (see Section 3).
2. How We Use Your Information

- Send marketing and promotional emails you have opted to receive, including order and supply reminders (you can unsubscribe at any time — see Section 6).

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences and cart, understand how the Site is used, and deliver and measure advertising. These include:
- Essential cookies — required for core features such as your shopping cart and checkout.
- Analytics cookies — such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, to understand how the Site is used, including how visitors scroll and click on pages.
- Advertising cookies — such as the Google Ads remarketing tag, Microsoft Advertising UET tag, and LinkedIn Insight Tag, used to show you relevant ads and measure their performance.
- Email and chat tools — our email provider (Rejoiner) and live chat provider (Olark) use cookies to remember your cart, recognize returning visitors, send cart and supply reminders you have opted to receive, and support chat conversations.
- Visitor identification — our email provider’s script also loads tools from its partners (including Sitemana). These use cookies, IP address, and device and browser information to try to recognize visitors who have not signed in or given us their email address, by matching them against contact information those partners already hold. When there is a match, we may receive that visitor’s email address and send cart or browsing reminders. You can opt out as described in Section 9.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works. For advertising opt-outs, see Section 5.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some of the sharing described below, for advertising and visitor identification, may count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under some state laws, and you can opt out of it as described in Section 9. We share information only as described here:
- Service providers — companies that host the Site, process payments, ship orders, send email, and provide analytics and advertising on our behalf.
- Advertising and analytics partners — as described in Section 5. This includes the advertising cookies in Section 3 and the customer lists in Section 5. Depending on your state, this may be considered "sharing" of personal information for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising. You can opt out as described in Section 9.
- Visitor-identification partners — cookie, device, browser, and page-visit information collected through our email provider’s script is shared with its identification partners, as described in Section 3.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PaperRolls-N-More, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
5. Advertising and Analytics
We use third-party services to advertise our products and measure results. These partners may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your activity on our Site and other sites over time to show you relevant ads. You can manage or opt out of interest-based advertising through the following:
Customer lists
We may upload contact information of our customers, such as the email address used for an order, to Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. We use these lists to show relevant ads to existing customers, to avoid showing some ads to people who already buy from us, and to measure our advertising. Before upload, the information is hashed (converted into an unreadable code). Google and Microsoft use it to match it to their own users' accounts under their customer-data policies; they do not receive your order details. To have your information left out of these lists, contact us using the details in Section 13.
6. Marketing Emails
If you have opted in, we send promotional and reminder emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by contacting us. We will still send transactional messages related to your orders, returns, and account.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business and order records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Given our long history of serving repeat business customers, order records may be retained for extended periods for account and reordering purposes.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including secure (encrypted) transmission during checkout. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We honor these requests from all U.S. customers, whether or not a particular state's law applies to our business. To opt out of advertising-related sharing, including our customer lists and visitor identification, email us with the subject "Privacy opt-out", call us, or use the opt-out tools in Section 5. When you opt out, we remove your email address from our customer lists and stop sending reminder emails to any address we received through visitor identification. Contact details are in Section 13.
Other U.S. state residents
Residents of certain other states (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and others) may have similar rights under their state privacy laws. You may exercise applicable rights by contacting us using the information below.
To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 13. We will verify your request and respond as required by applicable law.
10. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
