Larger Orders Requiring LTL Shipping
When your order arrives, it will be on a pallet. Please be ready to remove your products from the truck. If you need help with either a Liftgate or Inside Delivery, you will need to choose the correct delivery method upon placing your order.
Please be aware! Customers will be billed for any additional costs for liftgate, inside deliveries, missed appointments, refused deliveries, high cost areas, or re-deliveries billed back by the carrier after shipment. Commercial Appointment: $0
Commercial Liftgate: $22
Residential Appointment: $0
Residential Liftgate: $22
Inside Delivery: $140
Re-Deliveries: $60
Limited Access Fee: $0
High Cost Area: Fee Varies
Over-sized, heavy, or bulk orders may require less than truckload shipping and additional time in transit due to scheduling.
Delivery Surcharges
Some orders may require additional surcharges before or after shipment. This could be due to an order going to an address outside of the normal delivery area, an order going to a residence, high cost area or location with limited access. The customer will also be charged for an order sent to an address that was entered incorrectly, as reported by the shipping provider.
Backorders or Discontinued Products
Every attempt is made to make sure all items are in stock. Occasionally, an item will go on backorder and may be delayed and/or discontinued without our prior knowledge. We will contact the customer in either event and let them know the appropriate date of shipment, credit back their account, or substitute for a similar product to fulfill the order.
