Shipping Policy


Larger Orders Requiring LTL Shipping:

Oversized, heavy or bulk orders may require less than truckload shipping and additional time in transit due to scheduling. If a delivery incurs any additional shipping fees, the customer will be contacted before shipment of product(s). This includes orders requiring a pallet jack, liftgate, or inside delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform PaperRolls-N-More.com of their special requirements. Please call our office for special delivery requirements (lift gate, pallet jack, or inside delivery).

Delivery Surcharges:

Some orders may require a surcharge due to an order going to an address outside of the normal delivery area, an order going to a residence or the size of the order. The customer will be contacted before shipment of these product(s) by our Customer Service to collect the appropriate fees.

Backorders or Discontinued Products:

Every attempt is made to make sure all items are in stock. Occasionally, an item will go on backorder and may be delayed and/or discontinued without our knowledge. We will contact the customer in either event and let them know the appropriate date of shipment or credit back their account.
