                To start, I know nothing about thermal printers, how they work, what paper they take or how to take care of them.  I wasn’t even supposed to be writing this blog but shit rolls downhill and here we are, I’m writing a blog about cleaning a thermal printer and you unfortunately are reading a blog by someone who has never cleaned a thermal printer, but hey, I can Google search with the best of them.

                So, let’s start with some disclaimers.  This article may not work for your specific printer, there are tons of different kinds, and I am not responsible, in any way, if you break your printer.  So be careful and use your best judgment.

As many of you can probably tell, the PaperRolls-N-More.com website seems a little different.  Most of the changes you see seem small, but the website has experienced a massive overhaul.  While the old site did its job, it lacked in areas like shipping calculation and product merchandising.  While we have always been able to offer 10 case free shipping, are shopping cart was never able to calculate free shipping when the customer would mix and match POS paper, forcing you guys to call in and order. 

                The new site started as an idea over 6 months ago to fix the very problem described above.  We sent our idea of a new website to a team of web design experts and while we didn’t ask them to reinvent the wheel, we did want a site that was simpler and more visually appealing.  Once the site was built, we then took over and made it the most functional

Paper products are boring.  There is absolutely nothing fun about a case a paper.

Do Something DammIt!!!

                With that said, there are hundreds of different places to buy paper.  Many restaurant managers buy their paper from a retail store like Staples or Restaurant Depot.  This is convenient because you can pick it up at the location and bring it straight to your store no questions asked.  There is instant gratification.  But, paper is not worthy of instant gratification. (Schwing)

                Costco is a great store.  In fact, most warehouse stores are pretty great.  Whenever I have a hankering for a pallet of peanut butter, Costco is the only place I go.
